How'd I get so old?
My back hurts. I am adamantly and bullheadedly blaming this on what must be a mattress at the end of its life. There can be no other explanation, as I am still a young whippersnapper. Right? RIGHT?

Maybe it depends - if you're doing certain activities on said old mattres........
