Commemorating the Day

I would like to make it known, with great fanfare and heraldry, to the loyal readership of this blog that the following phrase appeared in The New York Times - the nation's paper of record - this very morning:

"The Mets have the best record in baseball"

Don't get it twisted.

I'm still writing... Just haven't been home long enough to do it since sometime last week. But I'm being a dork and staying home tonight, so I'll post tonight. Fair warning though, it might be sappy.

Hey now... You're taking jabs at my rookies? That's not cool. I've been insanely busy the last two weeks, and the things floating around in my head probably aren't what you all want to read about anyway (like, how wuv, twu wuv, will fowow you fowevah...). So give me a little time and I'll get something good on here, capese?
