The government has gone mad.
Seriously. Whose brilliant idea was this? According to the federal government, any American woman is a baby-making machine. This is her primary function and she should be treated as and act as if AT ANY MOMENT sperm will find their way into her temple of fetal growth. Give me a fucking break. And a cigarette. And a drink.

i think they're also encouraging little girls to get pregnant...i mean from the 1st menstrual cycle, some girls get that a 9!!!!
the gov't is CRAZY. at least we're gonna build a fence to keep out the mexicans
what I don't get is how they figure any conception is taking place if Women aren't supposed to drink.... also stay away from the cat feces.
